Who We Are

We are a Christian community at UVA passionate about helping students discover and grow in a relationship with Jesus.

We care about people personally, not just as a group, but as individuals. We believe in the power of deep relationships and that God invites us to know him personally!

That is why we are committed to one on one discipleship, walking alongside students right where they are and helping them grow in their faith.

We also care deeply about outreach, sharing the hope of the gospel with others, and building a community marked by authenticity, friendship, and a love for the Bible.

Our desire is to help students develop the heart, vision, and skills to walk with God for the rest of their lives.

Navigators History

The Navigators is a nondenominational worldwide missions organization that was founded in 1933. Since its founding, The Navigators has upheld the mission “to know Christ, make Him known, and help others do the same®.” Today, we have different ministries in over 100 countries and are on more than 150 campuses in the United States. Navigators Collegiate serves as an open door to share Jesus with some 40,000 to 50,000 students each year through Life-to-Life™ discipleship relationships and fellowship. Our goal is to equip students with the skills and tools they need to advance the gospel wherever life leads.
