NavNight is our weekly large group meeting. Every Thursday night at 8pm we meet as a large group to worship, connect with each other, and hear a challenging and relevant message from the Bible. Our first NavNight of Fall 2019 will be on Thursday, August 29. This is a great way to check out The Navigators, meet new people, and learn more about what we are all about.

Small group Bible studies are the best way to grow and get connected to others in our community. We have weekly small groups on grounds that will enable you to grow in your faith and meet other students who are on the same journey as you. This is the best way to develop deep friendships with others who will encourage you in your relationship with God. Our small groups are challenging, relevant, encouraging, and impactful. Most students say this is the highlight of their week.
Specifics for Fall 2019
We will have men's and women's small groups available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights (all of them start somewhere between 6 to 8 p.m.). You can pick the night that works best for your schedule.
Retreats, Trips and Socials
We have some exciting things coming up this Fall with the Navs at UVA! Last year we had a wide variety of events, including a Sunset Hike, trivia night, game nights, dinners and more. Stay tuned, we have some more fun things in store this year! In addition to fun events throughout the year, we will also host a Fall Retreat. This annual retreat is perfect for building deeper friendships and deepening in your walk with God. Fall Retreat 2019 will be September 27-29.
We also host a variety of retreats and trips in the spring, including a Spring Break service trip, which is a great way to invest your spring break by doing something meaningful. If you want to go on our retreat, make sure to connect with us on our Facebook group or by filling out the questionnaire below.
In addition to summer missions trips, The Navigators offer intensive summer growth and discipleship programs called Summer Training Programs (STP) all across the country. Our students attend Gulf Coast Summer (GCS), where students live, work, and learn alongside 50 to 60 other college students for six weeks in St. Petersburg, FL. Each student works a full time job during the day and participates in Bible studies, discipleship groups, ministry training, fellowship, leadership development, and other activities during the week. These opportunities for fellowship, one-on-one mentoring, and consistent time in the Word create an ideal environment for students to grow in character, their relationship with God and develop key life, ministry and leadership skills.
